What is Date Night – Get closer? It’s an evening I have created to help enrich your relationship.
After some 16 years of working with couples I’ve heard a thing or two….more than once or twice! A repeated theme in my work, is couples trying to stay connected whilst the demands of jobs, children and busy lives tax their multi-tasking skills.
The first thing to drop to the bottom of the priority list is quality time together. And knowing that’s an issue and doing something about it takes a little ‘thinking outside the box’. Sometimes well meaning ‘Date Nights’ can turn into an evening of talking about kids/ bills/ the in-laws or into a struggle for something to talk about as we silently chew on a chocolate brownie!
